MOSCOW AND JAKARTA CELEBRATE RUSSIA DAY

GTI- The evening air in Jakarta carried a distinct blend of diplomatic prestige and cultural warmth on June 29, 2026, as the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Indonesia, alongside the Permanent Mission of Russia to ASEAN, hosted a grand, solemn reception to mark Russia Day.

The event, which brought together roughly 1,000 distinguished guests, served as a powerful testament to the enduring and deeply rooted ties between Moscow and Jakarta, as well as Russia's growing engagement with the Southeast Asian region.
