According to Tim Anderson, the Putin-Julani deal is neither good nor bad for Gaza. However, Julani clearly does not support Gaza-Palestine; his followers have never attacked Israel in defense of Gaza.
Julani's presence in Syria has weakened the pro-resistance forces, Hamas, Hezbollah, and Islamic Jihad.
Automatically, the overall strengthening of Turkey, the US, Israel, Julani, the Kurds, and ISIS in Syria has clearly weakened the resistance against Israel. Russia's role has increasingly shifted to domestic affairs, particularly Ukraine. Russian and Chinese aid to Gaza has been very limited.
Meanwhile, the US, consistently applying double standards, using the new US National Security Strategy (NSS) to distract attention from the Gaza issue by expanding the war into Latin America, Africa, and Asia while seeking economic gain.
