DR. ASEP ; IRAN’S NUCLEAR DIPLOMACY VS US PRESSURE

GTI- According to general diplomatic theory, weaker countries tend to be adaptive when pressured by superior countries. However, this theory was debunked by Dr. Kamaluddin in the context of Iran's nuclear technology development.

Dr. Asep told the Real Thinkers Institute (RTI), Sep 18, 2023.  Every country has a national interest, including developing nuclear technology. For Iran, developing nuclear technology is a national necessity and a source of pride for Iranian scientists. Despite being pressured by sanctions from the USA, Iran, since the 1979 revolution, has consistently developed its nuclear energy for civilian purposes and is not subject to the wishes of the USA.
